Whole beans stay fresh longer and give you the best flavor when ground right before brewing. If you don't have a grinder, choose ground coffee and select your brewing method, such as espresso, pour-over or French press, and we'll grind it to match.
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days, with free shipping on orders over $200. Unused equipment can be returned within 30 days in its original packaging. Opened coffee can't be returned for freshness reasons, but if anything is wrong with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
Empty and rinse the drip tray daily, wipe the steam wand after each use and descale every 2–3 months, depending on water hardness. Using filtered water helps your coffee taste better and keeps your machine running longer.
